Age verification via Mobile Key
Vivadzen verifies the age of every customer via the state Mobile Key eGovernment service. We only receive a flag whether you are 18+ - no personal data is transferred to us.

Under current Czech legislation, vivadzen s.r.o. must verify the age of every customer when selling psychomodulating substances.
The process runs through the state Mobile Key eGovernment service or other Citizen Identity methods.
Download the Mobile Key eGovernment app
- Install the app. Get Mobile Key eGovernment from the App Store or Google Play. It is free and officially issued by the Czech state.
- Open the Citizen Identity site. On your computer go to www.identita.gov.cz. Later you will add Mobile Key in the sign-in methods section.
Sign in to Citizen Identity
- On identita.gov.cz choose Sign in to Citizen Identity.
- We recommend Bank Identity - sign in the same way as to internet banking.
- You will land in your profile in the Citizen Identity Portal.
The sign-in runs via Citizen Identity and the NIA service.
Link the app to your profile
After signing in you will see an overview of sign-in methods. Add Mobile Key eGovernment here.
- Open Sign-in methods in the Citizen Identity Portal.
- Find Mobile Key eGovernment in the list and click the plus icon.
- A QR code is shown on the screen. It is valid for around 5 minutes - generate a new one if needed.
The QR code only links the app to your Citizen Identity.
Activate Mobile Key
- Open the Mobile Key eGovernment app.
- Pick Activate a key for Citizen Identity.
- Tap I am ready - scan the code to connect and scan the QR code from your monitor.
- Set a PIN or biometrics - the link is complete.
If the app shows an error, check your connection and update the app.
Verify your age during checkout
Once Mobile Key is set up, every next verification takes a few seconds.
- Add products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Pick verification via Mobile Key eGovernment.
- A QR code appears - scan it in the app and confirm sending the age info.
- The app only transmits whether you are over 18. No other personal data is passed.
- After confirmation you return to checkout and finish the order.
