1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the seller (Vivadzen s.r.o., Company ID 00000000, registered office Prague) and the buyer when purchasing goods through the e-shop at vivadzen.com.
2. Conclusion of the purchase contract
The purchase contract is formed when the buyer submits the order and the seller confirms it. The buyer must provide truthful information and confirm they are 18 years of age or older. Vivadzen sells psychomodulatory substances (PML) under Act No. 167/1998 Coll. exclusively to persons over 18 years of age.
3. Price and payment
Prices listed on the website are final, including VAT (21 %). Payment is possible online by card, QR code, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Payment details are tokenized by the payment service provider; we do not store card numbers.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout the Czech Republic by courier (1-3 business days), with Express 180 min delivery in Prague and Ostrava, or in-store pickup at our stores in Prague. Age verification 18+ takes place upon delivery. For detailed terms, see Delivery and payment.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and hygienically sealed. For the procedure, see Returns and complaints.
6. Complaints and warranty
The warranty period is 24 months. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to file a complaint. Assessment within 30 days.
7. Personal data protection
Vivadzen processes personal data in compliance with GDPR. Detailed policies are in Personal data protection.
8. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in the Czech Republic.
