What does PML mean?

Psychomodulatory substances

Since 1. 1. 2025, a new category has been in effect in the Czech Republic - "psychomodulatory substances" (PML) - a regime between food and medicine. Kratom is classified as a PML.

Only an authorized seller with a permit from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic may sell PML. Maximum package size 50 g, mandatory batch records and age verification 18+.
