Which kratom is right for a beginner?
For beginners, we recommend green varieties (Green Maeng Da or Green Sumatra) in a 25 g package. Always start with a low dose (1-2 g) and monitor how you feel.
What does the mitragynin value on the packaging mean?
Mitragynin is the main alkaloid in kratom. A value of 1,2-1,5 % is standard for a quality batch. Higher ≠ better - it's about a balanced profile.
Can I combine kratom with medication or alcohol?
We don't recommend it. Kratom can interact with medication (especially opioids, antidepressants). Consult your doctor. Never combine it with alcohol.
How long can kratom be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. When stored properly, it keeps its profile for 12-18 months. The best-before date is on the packaging.
Can I return an opened package?
Unfortunately, no. Hygienically packaged products with a broken protective seal cannot be returned. If you have a quality issue, please use the complaint process.
Do you deliver anonymously?
Packages ship in neutral boxes with no "Kratom" label. The sender's address shows only "Vivadzen s.r.o.", with no mention of the contents.
