Is kratom legal in the Czech Republic?
Yes. Since 12. 11. 2025, kratom has been regulated as a psychomodulatory substance under Act No. 167/1998 Coll. (as amended by Act No. 321/2024 Coll.). Sales are restricted to licensed premises - Vivadzen is an authorized retailer licensed by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
How does Vivadzen test its batches?
Every batch undergoes independent testing at the accredited VŠCHT Praha laboratory according to the ISO 17025 standard. We test mitragynine content, 7-hydroxymitragynine, purity, microbiology and heavy metal content. The COA is available for download with every product.
How quickly will my order arrive?
In Prague and Ostrava we offer EXPRESS delivery within 180 minutes (299 Kč surcharge). Throughout the Czech Republic - 1-2 business days via Zásilkovna, PPL or Czech Post. Personal pickup at our Prague-Vinohrady and Prague-Karlín stores - free of charge.
What are the payment options?
We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, QR payment, cash on delivery and bank transfer. All online payments run through an SSL-encrypted connection with 3D Secure verification.

What is a COA and how do I find it?
The COA (Certificate of Analysis) is the official lab report for a specific batch. You'll find it on every product under the "Lab Tests" tab, as well as in the /en/laboratorni-testy section, filtered by batch. Available for download as a PDF.
